Overview

As VP of PWM Sales Management for Continental Europe, you accelerate growth and efficiency in the regional sales organization. You collaborate with PWAs, leadership, and cross-divisional teams to boost client acquisition, productivity, and a superior client experience. You will lead through sales strategy, enablement, and technology optimization, including CRM and AI-driven workflows. This role offers a meaningful chance to shape how Goldman Sachs serves UHNW clients across Europe, scaling impact through data-driven decision making and cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute regional sales plans to grow assets and market share
- Design and improve CRM workflows, pipeline tools, and AI-powered prospecting capabilities
- Collaborate with analytics teams to identify performance gaps and inform leadership
- Coach new and early-stage Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and Business Development Professionals (BDPs)
- Facilitate best-practice sharing and cross-team forums on sales tactics and market insights




- Oversee pipeline accountability and coordinate prospecting and onboarding priorities
- Manage cross-border referrals and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and mitigate operational, reputational, and regulatory risks through supervisory controls

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or CFA/CFP highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services sales, or sales management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tech, including AI
- Fluency in European languages (Italian, German, and/or French)
- Strong coaching, presentation, and writing skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize complex sales data into actionable strategy
