Overview

In this role, you drive cybersecurity strategy and execution for clients, shaping secure digital transformation through end-to-end security programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients at the executive level, and develop innovative security solutions that combine AI, cloud, and governance. You’ll mentor talent, manage vendor relationships, and help clients achieve key security certifications. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Responsabilità

- Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with client goals and digital transformation
- Oversee complex cybersecurity projects from design to implementation and ensure timely, high-quality delivery




- Develop innovative security solutions leveraging AI, blockchain, and cloud technologies
- Mentor and develop team members, support talent recruitment, and foster a culture of excellence
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to enhance client security offerings

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in cyber security, information technology, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of relevant IT security consulting or similar experience
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Italian and English communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
