Overview

As Head of Planning & Replenishment, you will define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies to support growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. You will lead the Planning & Replenishment team and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to secure strong demand and supply chain performance. You’ll optimize stock across warehouses, drive S&OP, and monitor key metrics to guide decisions. This role offers impact through shaping inventory policy in a global, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilità

- Lead inventory management across warehouses to maximize availability and service levels
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process for demand-supply alignment




- Monitor forecasting accuracy and supply chain metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coach and develop the Planning & Replenishment team and promote continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles with leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in electromechanical manufacturing or automotive industries is a strong advantage
