Overview

In this role you lead the electronics commodity procurement, directing a team of commodity buyers to develop and execute global strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Based in Monte San Pietro, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business needs and drive supplier excellence. You will introduce new technologies and suppliers, manage contracts, and план annual direct materials and OPEX budgets, delivering measurable cost savings and performance improvements.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Annual base salary 70,000–80,000

Responsabilità

- Develop and mentor Commodity Managers
- Create and align global commodity strategy with cross-functional needs
- Ensure global implementation of the strategy
- Introduce new technologies and suppliers
- Set cost and delivery targets for suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships
- Ensure contractual coverage for the commodity
- Ensure compliance with company rules and policies




- Support process and standard improvements with the Business Improvement Team
- Plan annual budget for direct materials cost and OPEX for the commodity

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- 4–8 years in a similar role
- Solid technical knowledge of electronics components
- Ability to interact technically with R&D;
- Capability to define and implement commodity strategies
- Knowledge of the electronics semiconductors market
- Contract and supplier agreement competence
- Strong analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent team player in an international environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Leadership skills
- Good knowledge of SAP is a plus
