Overview

As a Milan-based coordinator, you will drive Su Misura projects across training, communication, and omnichannel initiatives to grow the Su Misura business. You’ll partner with Academy, Retail Training, Marketing, CVM, and other teams to deliver consistent practices and materials. You’ll manage governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to enable global initiatives. This role offers exposure to luxury craftsmanship, strategic expansion, and cross-functional impact in a prestigious brand.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate global Su Misura training projects and materials with G/Local Academies and Retail Training teams
- Support engagement and community initiatives via platform and communication networks
- Develop communication strategy for global Su Misura retention programs and contests




- Coordinate cross-functional activations with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, and CRM/CVM
- Collaborate with CVM on Su Misura client database implementation and maintenance
- Serve as governance reference for Su Misura projects, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders across strategic initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 4 years of experience in the Luxury Industry
- Strong time and process/project management skills
- Strong passion for luxury
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
