Overview

In this role you will lead quality oversight across EPC projects, applying deep operations expertise to ensure product quality and compliance. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive proactive quality planning, and address issues through audits, RCA, and process improvements. The position offers impact by shaping project quality outcomes, mentoring disciplines, and coordinating with customers and project personnel. This is a senior, independent role focused on delivering reliable, safe, and compliant project execution.

Responsabilità

- Review project artifacts to identify unique requirements and critical processes for effective verification
- Direct and participate in Project Management Team activities to ensure product quality
- Initiate and evaluate Project Quality Plan effectiveness and preventive measures
- Lead Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming items
- Ensure resources and audit verification support Project Quality Plan execution
- Coordinate daily with the quality team to secure resources for day-to-day activities




- Develop Project Quality Plan details for customer requirements and integration
- Liaise with project personnel and customers to address quality problems
- Oversee As-Built Project Certification and monitor mechanical completion progress
- Prepare lessons-learned and close-out reports for quality improvements
- Conduct Readiness Review meetings across QA/QC disciplines
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis of Project Quality data
- Prepare weekly MOM and monthly reports; issue project-specific inspection documents
- Plan Pre-Inspection Meetings with key stakeholders (Manager Assurance, Inspectors, Expeditor, Package Manager, Supplier, Client)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
- 10+ years in a field related to EPC
- Lead auditor certification and experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
