Overview

In this role you drive profitability and operational excellence for Johnson & Johnson’s cardiovascular portfolio in Europe. You will shape pricing strategies, streamline contracts, and provide risk insights within a cross-functional environment. You’ll support go-to-market speed through pricing proposals and ensure compliant, efficient contract processes. This hybrid/remote position offers impact across Finance, Legal, IT, and commercial teams, with travel up to 20%.

Responsabilità

- Lead pricing analytics and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Streamline contract lifecycle management and ensure compliant processes
- Advise on go-to-market pricing for new product launches and critical wins
- Develop and implement contract policies, risk assessments, and process improvements
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access
- Manage operational aspects of the team including workflow,



performance, and budgets
- Align team goals with Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives
- Provide insights on contract terms, risks, and renewal opportunities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve pricing, contracts, and workflows

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk mitigation
- Proficiency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with cross-functional influence
- English fluent
- Travel up to 20%
