Overview

In this role you drive service sales and profitability for assigned accounts, acting as Vertiv’s trusted partner and primary contact. You’ll coordinate across regions and product specialists to meet short- and long-term targets, while expanding our service portfolio with major accounts. The position sits in the regional sales organization and requires strong relationship building, industry insight, and cross-functional collaboration to win and grow strategic accounts.

Responsabilità

- Manage relationships with assigned accounts and represent Vertiv to the customer
- Drive growth and profitability of the service portfolio toward defined targets
- Secure Vertiv as the preferred partner for the accounts’ service needs
- Collaborate with product specialists and cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements
- Be accountable for order targets within the identified accounts




- Contribute to a customer-centric culture and align with management OKRs
- Advocate for OneCode and leverage tools/processes to grow accounts
- Anticipate market trends and design innovative, competitive solutions
- Initiate and manage internal stakeholder alignment to enable changes and value realization
- Travel as required to support customers and opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong segment industry experience with an established network
- Good key account management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to build internal networks within Vertiv
- Excellent communications skills
- Technical competence to understand and demonstrate Vertiv service and product offering at senior management level
