Overview

As a Project Manager at SPX FLOW, you will lead multimillion euro capital projects in Italy, collaborating with engineering and key stakeholders worldwide. You will drive on-time, cost-efficient delivery while meeting SPX FLOW and customer quality standards. The role involves regular customer visits, cross-border collaboration, and travel to Europe and beyond as projects require. This is a growth-focused position in a rapidly expanding, international company with opportunities to influence large-scale projects and global portfolios. You will work from Milan (Peschiera) with some remote work, and you may be deployed across Europe, Dubai, or China as needed.

Responsabilità

- Ensure all project phases are completed timely and cost-effectively
- Deliver projects to SPX FLOW and customer quality standards




- Construct and communicate structured project programs to internal leaders and clients
- Support bid process owner at sales stage with planning and risk management
- Conduct weekly/monthly project reviews and generate reports
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage regular client visits
- Travel across Europe to support allocated projects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Project management experience and engineering awareness in food/pharma/beverage/industrial applications
- English and Italian language skills
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects up to 20 million euro in food & beverage
- SAP for project reporting is advantageous
- Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Dairy Food engineering desired
