The position also involves data verification, file maintenance, and assistance with reporting activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,



and effective communication with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and reconcile job tickets against field job data; Maintain and update job data within Oracle; Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently; Enter data correctly into internal systems and software; Verify information and ensure documentation accuracy; Maintain organized and up‑to‑date files; Assist with thepreparation of standard reports; Communicate with internal teams to obtain corrected or missing documentation; Support additional duties and projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; Solid basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes; Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; Good English level suitable for a multinational corporate environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Working knowledge of Oracle (preferred); Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Good analyticaland problem‑solving skills; Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities.The search is open to both male and female candidates (L.903/77).
