Overview

In this role you will drive continuous improvement of logistics processes across the manufacturing network, aligning with the overall supply chain strategy. You will optimise end-to-end material flows, promote best practices, and deliver performance gains in cost, service, quality, and sustainability. You’ll work with cross-functional and international teams to implement digital tools and standardise packaging and logistics practices. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a global logistics environment.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across manufacturing plants
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives, including master data management and sustainability compliance
- Support transportation management and carrier performance improvements
- Monitor logistics quality, inventory, and KPIs; implement corrective actions
- Contribute to logistics controlling, cost-saving initiatives, and network optimization projects




- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation; promote logistics tools adoption
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge sharing to promote standards across plants
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to align with business objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration) or related experience
- Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably international manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems; advanced MS Office; Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
