Overview

In this role you will drive the regional execution of the brand’s distribution strategy, aligning with the sales plan and cross-market partnerships. You will lead a local sales team, manage customer portfolios, and oversee contract finalization in collaboration with legal support. Expect frequent collaboration with sales management to analyze markets, optimize performance, and identify new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position that blends analytics with team leadership to expand the brand in defined territories.

Responsabilità

- Lead and align the regional sales team (agents, importers, branches) with the commercial plan and set incentives
- Supervise distribution network and customer portfolios, with autonomous decision-making when needed
- Finalize results and prepare periodic area performance reports for Commercial Management and Brand Sales Supervisor
- Analyze markets and opportunities in target areas, collaborating with B2B CRM to maximize customer acquisition
- Manage customer portfolios directly or through on-site branches,



strengthening commercial partnerships
- Oversee finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C;) with area paralegal and general counsel
- Promote learning and digital innovations to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare and review activity and performance reports for management
- Collaborate with sales management to develop market strategies and plans
- Support contract execution in coordination with legal teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–6 years of proven experience in similar roles
- Solid background in fashion industry with strong foreign market expertise
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); French is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience in leading sales teams and setting sales targets
