Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s strategic customers, working closely with Deployment Strategists. You set technical standards, mentor engineers, and shape how agentic AI is deployed at scale. You’ll design and ship systems on the Agentforce platform, own data workflows, and resolve complex production blockers. This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role in a fast-evolving AI product area.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production handoff
- Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including multi-agent orchestration and integration patterns
- Own data lifecycle design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration to maintain deployment health
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting across engagements
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with strategic judgment on what to ship first
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared work, influencing others within codebases
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering




- Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into actionable agentic solutions
- Surface field insights to inform the Agentforce roadmap

Requisiti fondamentali

- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in at least one: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others
- Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Entrepreneurial, fast-delivery mindset with judgment to balance speed and quality
- Mentored technical talent and created reusable assets; strong communication with engineers, architects, and executives
- Willingness to travel ~25% and work embedded with customer engineers
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English
- Nice-to-haves: Salesforce certifications, DevOps/CI-CD familiarity, multi-cloud enterprise AI experience, open-source contributions
