Overview

As Product & Proposition Manager for Digital Onboarding, you will shape Experian's onboarding product portfolio across Italy, the Balkans, and France. You’ll lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from market analysis to go-to-market and ongoing optimization, collaborating with technology, sales, and delivery teams. You’ll refine positioning, pricing, and value propositions for financial services ecosystems, while managing partnerships and ensuring regulatory alignment. This role offers cross-market impact within a global leader in data and identity verification.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding products from analysis to go-to-market and continuous improvement
- Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis across assigned geographies
- Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with strategy, regulation, and client needs
- Collaborate with technology, sales,



marketing, and delivery teams to drive development and adoption
- Support pre-sales activities including client presentations and expertise plans
- Develop product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions for Italian, Balkan, and French financial services contexts
- Monitor product performance and client satisfaction, drive improvements for growth
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships ensuring seamless integration

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in product management, proposition management, or similar role in FinTech, financial services, or digital identity
- Knowledge of digital onboarding, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions
- Experience launching successful B2B digital products
- Strong project management and analytical abilities
- Technical skills to perform assessments / POCs
- Fluency in Italian and English
