Overview

In this role you will drive end-to-end planning and modernization of the Italian application landscape, coordinating vendor relationships and technology delivery. You will enable cloud-native initiatives, platform rationalization, and automation to enhance speed, quality, and resilience. You’ll partner with the Italian Head of Investment Services Technology and cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a focus on transformation, risk alignment, and offshore support readiness. You will shape impactful outcomes for our digital transformation journey.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end planning and management of small to medium projects with vendors and applications
- Drive modernization initiatives (cloud-native development, legacy transformation, platform rationalization)
- Support application management and administration for the Italian market
- Promote automation, DevOps,



and engineering best practices to improve speed, quality, and resilience
- Organize and control cross-functional project teams and develop an end-to-end project plan (preferably in Jira)
- Manage resource forecasts and cost plans
- Oversee vulnerability management and ensure alignment with risk, cyber, and regulatory expectations
- Coordinate status communications with sponsors and management; risk and issues resolution
- Act as trusted partner to senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and risk
- Identify and apply best practices in project management; facilitate collaborative problem solving across teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience with applications in a vendor landscape within the Investment Services industry
- Strong project management skill set
- Underlying technical understanding with past technical role
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to deliver difficult messages to senior/executive management
- Fluency in English
