Overview
In this role you lead the Learning & Development agenda for NWPB, aligning learning priorities with business transformation and market needs. You serve as a strategic partner to shape talent and leadership development across a global, premium-brand organization. You own governance, compliance, and measurement of L&D impact, driving capability-building and readiness for critical roles. The opportunity offers high visibility with senior leaders, a global scope, and meaningful contribution to transformation and growth in a standalone global business.
Responsabilità
- Define and drive the L&D; strategy aligned with business priorities
- Design and govern development journeys for key talent and leadership populations
- Establish governance for mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness
- Lead deployment of Learning Management System and digital learning ecosystem
- Identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions
- Design and deliver leadership, commercial and functional development programs
- Measure learning impact via KPIs and analytics
- Manage L&D; budget and external learning partners
- Support markets with fit-for-purpose learning solutions and best practices
- Build strong partnerships with HR, Compliance and business stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- >7 years of L&D; experience in global, premium-brand environments
- Experience as HRBP or strong link between people development and business strategy
- Knowledge of compliance training governance and audit readiness
- Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning and learning analytics
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence leaders and drive change in a matrix environment
- Data-driven mindset and continuous improvement orientation
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
