Overview

In this role you build long-term partnerships with CSP and Edge Datacenter stakeholders, aligning their needs with Schneider Electric solutions. You manage a portfolio, uncover new business, and drive revenue through a mix of sales and marketing tactics. You act as a trusted advisor across global teams to shape value delivery and cross-functional collaboration, while leading a team-selling approach to secure high-value opportunities.

Responsabilità

- Develop long-term relationships with CSP and Edge Datacenter stakeholders as trusted advisor
- Qualify leads, manage a portfolio of customers, and pursue new business opportunities
- Implement sales and marketing tactics to exceed segment objectives and grow revenue and pipeline
- Promote and sell Data Center & Mission Critical Secure Power products, services, and solutions
- Create and execute account business plans with accurate forecasts




- Collaborate with Local and Global teams to enhance value delivery
- Coordinate a team-selling approach bridging customer organizations with Schneider Electric experts
- Manage multiple short- and long-term projects and relationships

Requisiti fondamentali

- University Degree, ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong aptitude for international project management and structured customers
- Knowledge of UPS, Cooling, Containment, Prefabricated Solutions and DCIM software is a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening and negotiation abilities and capability to run high-value sales strategies
- Experience in business intelligence, content management, CRM or similar web applications
- Business fluency in English
- Willingness to travel ~50% in Italy
