Overview

As a Partner Account Senior Manager in Milan, you will drive partner-led growth for Salesforce in Italy by nurturing senior-level alliances with system integrators and resellers. You’ll co-create joint market strategies around Agentforce and AI, shaping partner-driven pipelines and revenue alongside field AEs. You’ll enable partner sales and technical teams, lead QBRs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and expansion. This role offers a meaningful chance to scale a strategic partner ecosystem and influence AI-enabled transformation across Italy.

Responsabilità

- Own strategic relationships with Italian system integrator partners and resellers, including C-level engagement and accountability to business targets
- Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned with Agentforce and AI to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline




- Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce offerings and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to track performance
- Collaborate with Italy field sales, Solutions Engineering, marketing, and industry teams to support adoption, renewals, and expansion

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7–10+ years in partner/alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy
- Proven ability to drive revenue via SI, reseller, or ISV partner models
- Experience building and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Business fluency in Italian and English
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, with familiarity of Salesforce partner ecosystem
- Experience with Agentforce, AI, or data-driven transformation solutions
