Working closely with global, cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term business growth. /ph3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3ulliProvide technical leadership for programs and projects, serving as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders. /liliTranslate customer, market, and business needs into system requirements, architectures, and structured engineering plans. /liliLead model-based systems engineering activities, including concept development, architecture evaluation, and solution selection aligned with product strategy. /liliCoordinate and guide cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project objectives, milestones, and deliverables. /liliOversee systems architecture, interface management, requirements allocation, verification, and validation activities across all phases of product development. /liliEnsure compliance with engineering processes, technical review requirements, applicable standards, and regulatory expectations. /liliCommunicate project status, technical decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and project stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and internal partners to evaluate technical solutions and support business objectives. /liliDrive effective problem-solving through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliSupport manufacturing, quality, testing, audits, technical workshops, and product documentation activities as needed. /liliFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing,

You adapt effectively to changing priorities, learn quickly from experience, and approach challenges with curiosity, resilience, and a focus on delivering results. /ph3For This Role, You Will Need: /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience. /liliSignificant experience in systems engineering, project engineering, mechanical design, product development, or related technical leadership roles. /liliExperience leading geographically dispersed or global engineering teams. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and regions. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience applying structured methodologies such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis, or similar approaches. /liliExperience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, global engineering environment. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. /liliProficiency with engineering and productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, or similar applications. /liliProfessional proficiency in English and Italian. /liliWillingness and ability to travel internationally as business needs require. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: /h3ulliExperience with industrial valve technologies, including TOV and C-Ball valves. /liliKnowledge of valve industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. /liliExperience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies. /liliFamiliarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement practices, and design-for-manufacturing concepts. /liliExperience supporting testing,
