Overview

In this hands-on role, you will drive the operational execution and strategic optimization of our retail media across Europe, acting as the engine behind campaigns with major retailers. You’ll bridge performance marketing and commercial sales to win on the digital shelf and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll work within the Global Paid Media team, collaborating with retailers and trade marketing partners to shape the media roadmap in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Responsabilità

- End-to-end management of retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display, Video) across major European retailers
- Develop and implement bespoke media plans for partners such as MediaMarkt, Currys, Otto, Unieuro
- Manage and allocate retail media budgets to hit ROAS and market share targets
- Conduct daily monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creative assets to maximize visibility and conversions




- Translate complex data into actionable insights and provide regular performance deep-dives to the Global Head of Paid Media
- Serve as the technical point of contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3-5 years in Paid Media with at least 2 years in RMNs
- Experience with retail portals or dashboards (e.g., CitrusAd, Criteo, MediaMarkt/Saturn)
- Understanding of iROAS, NTB metrics, and paid vs organic synergy
- European retail landscape experience (UK Currys, Germany Otto)
- Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns in Consumer Electronics or Mass Market retail
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and retail media bidding tools
- Full professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus
