Overview

In this role you collaborate with an international Operations team to enhance manufacturing processes through digitalization and IT-enabled systems. You will drive practical process improvements, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with Danfoss standards. Expect cross-functional work, data-driven optimization, and hands-on development of documentation and training. Responsabilità

- Review KPI and monitoring systems to achieve goals
- Develop process-supporting documents (SOP, PFMEA, drawings)
- Lead and support Lean initiatives (5S, SMED)
- Analyze inputs and data to identify patterns and design workflows




- Support ongoing process monitoring, understanding, and improvement
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment requirements
- Create training materials and deliver training

Requisiti fondamentali

- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Informatics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience driving innovative ideas with focus on digital solutions
- Experience in medium-structured companies or engineering consultancy
- Experience understanding and meeting customer needs in process optimization
- Excellent written and spoken English
