Overview

In this role, you will lead cybersecurity governance for TAS-I projects, products, and services, shaping cyber policy and coordinating risk management across bids and development. You will interact with cybersecurity and engineering teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. You will monitor security status, drive remediation actions, and support audits and contractual analysis. Responsabilità

- Define and roadmap cybersecurity policy within TAS-I scope
- Report cybersecurity risks and KPIs to the Head of Cybersecurity
- Share security status and costs with Centers of Competences during bids
- Maintain and validate the cybersecurity maturity dashboard and regulatory compliance
- Alert and assist in remediation when major deviations occur
- Support audits, checks, and regulatory alignment of solutions
- Ensure alignment of cybersecurity roadmaps with TAS technical strategy and plans
- Advise on cybersecurity architectures, risk management, and bids/solutions security levels




- Validate solution security status before service go-live
- Assist in supplier cybersecurity maturity assessments and contractual articles analysis
- Participate in key technical reviews for bids and projects (e.g., SOR)
- Lead and manage cybersecurity groups in a matrix organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Engineer or Master’s Degree education; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology services, cybersecurity, IT/OT security, or crisis management
- Experience in Defence and Aerospace Industry within Navigation, Telecommunication, Earth Observation or Space Exploration domains
- Strong knowledge of ISMS (ISO/IEC 2700x), risk management frameworks (ISO 31000, ISO 27005, EBIOS), and security accreditation processes
- Expertise in audits, vulnerability management, and penetration testing across hardware, infrastructure, and software environments
- Experience with cloud native and virtualization technologies, DEVSECOPS, and supply chain security
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization, manage complex delivery, and communicate with industrial and institutional partners
- Strong proposal development, synthesis skills, and decision-making capability
