Overview

In this role you enable effective project governance and delivery for Fintech IT initiatives. You collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to plan, monitor, and report on progress. You will help coordinate data, capacity planning, and process improvements to support successful project outcomes. This position offers exposure to diverse client-driven projects within a fast-growing technology group, with opportunities to shape PM practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

- Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, work plans, and management reporting
- Monitor progress, deadlines, milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate in collecting, analyzing, and consolidating project data for governance




- Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes, methodologies, and tools
- Participate in project governance activities and alignment meetings with clients and internal teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 5 years of PMO or similar experience in Fintech or IT consulting
- Proven experience monitoring and coordinating complex projects
- Strong knowledge of planning, reporting, and project control tools (preferably Jira) and PPM solutions
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Good command of the English language
