Your mission is to fuel Cato’s growth by securing high-quality demos for our Account Executives. You will own the front line of our sales process, mastering multi-channel prospecting, from high-energy cold calling to testing creative GTM strategies. Success here isn’t just about activity volume; it’s about your ability to spark genuine interest and create real opportunities for the team.

Experience

1+ year of experience in B2B Sales (ideally as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS/Tech environment). You have a track record of hitting or exceeding outbound targets and are comfortable with modern sales stacks.

Compensation

€28k per year + 8k OTE (uncapped commissions)

Uncapped Commissions: No ceilings on earnings. Your impact directly dictates your rewards: the more you perform, the more you earn.
