Overview

In this hybrid role, you will design, develop, and integrate backend software for telecom-oriented platforms at HPE. You’ll lead cross-functional project teams, mentor colleagues, and influence software design while adopting new technologies. You’ll work on complex products within an edge-to-cloud context, shaping resilient distributed systems and networked solutions. Responsabilità

- Lead multiple project teams in end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of complex software products
- Manage relationships with internal and outsourced partners for software design and delivery
- Review designs and activities for compliance with standards and provide actionable feedback
- Provide domain-specific leadership and contribute to cross-organization initiatives




- Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects and guide mentoring of less-experienced staff

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 6-10 years of experience
- Experience designing and developing backend or distributed software systems
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong knowledge of backend software development languages
- Solid Linux experience and networking fundamentals
- Good understanding of IP networking (Layer 2/3)
- Experience with Git and issue-tracking systems
- Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
