Overview

In this role you will analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, focusing on Salesforce-based systems within the European Commercial IT team. You will collaborate with Italy and Spain partners and global IT, shaping how technology enables commercial growth. You will configure, customize, and support Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality and security. Responsabilità

- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs
- Review system enhancement requests for alignment with BF IT strategy
- Document processes and maintain system training materials
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with regional and central teams
- Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets
- Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules
- Create and manage workflows and automation
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Manage data quality and perform data extracts, uploads, and migrations




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide ongoing end-user support and stay current with Salesforce updates

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of related experience with 1-2 years as Salesforce Administrator or related role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows and automation
- Salesforce Administrator certification would be a plus
- Understanding of BI tools and concepts such as SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present complex concepts
- Methodical time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Energetic and proactive attitude for learning
- Fluent in English
