Responsabilità

- Contribute to regional marketing strategy with in-market and technical perspectives
- Execute the regional plan in partnership with Sales, localizing campaigns and content for Italian market
- Support demos, presentations, and technical activities at events and customer engagements
- Serve as event captain,



driving audience engagement and sales activation with Event Marketing
- Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing to adapt assets for regional execution
- Provide insights on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance
- Support sales enablement with localized tools, content, and training
- Ensure consistent brand messaging in local language and context
- Foster collaboration between Sales and Marketing and share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in technical marketing or sales
- Familiarity with Italian market and business culture
- Technical fluency and ability to explain complex concepts to engineers
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Located in Milan and able to work from the local NI office or as projects dictate
