Overview

As the Customer Relationship Manager for the new ETO Hub, you guide customers through the end-to-end order-to-delivery journey, turning requirements into robust, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to shape delivery and customer experience. The role blends technical understanding with customer leadership to drive fast, reliable outcomes. Responsabilità

- Serve as the single point of contact for customers with clear, confident communication
- Respond rapidly to inquiries and manage expectations through the project lifecycle
- Negotiate with customers and internal teams to align technical and delivery needs
- Conduct accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes
- Oversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle
- Monitor inventory requirements and escalate risks early
- Provide proactive delivery timeline updates and travel to sites as needed




- Build relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations
- Develop project plans and influence delivery timescales
- Prepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products
- Familiarity with structured engineering techniques
- Experience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Dynamics CE
- Strong problem-solving skills and industrial design experience
