Overview

In this role you will define and drive the global End-to-End Quality Management System, embedding quality and food safety across regions and functions. You will harmonize processes, governance, and performance management to support risk management and business growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to enable digital transformation and a culture of quality excellence. This is a globally impactful role shaping governance, standards, and continuous improvement in a consumer-focused company.

Responsabilità

- Define and maintain the global QMS strategy and framework
- Govern global policies, standards, procedures, and requirements for quality and food safety excellence
- Align QMS with business objectives, consumer expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Harmonize quality processes across regions and sites
- Design and implement the global QMS governance model (roles, escalation, decision-making)
- Establish governance routines (management reviews, performance reviews, quality councils) and monitor their effectiveness
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment among Quality, Operations, R&D;, Procurement, Regulatory




- Define the global quality performance framework with KPIs and dashboards
- Lead integration of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, GFSI into the QMS
- Monitor risks and ensure mitigation plans; support crisis and corrective action governance
- Track audit outcomes and drive systemic improvements
- Promote QMS tool integration across sites and functions
- Encourage automation, analytics, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and transparency

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in one of: Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, Quality Systems, or Operational Excellence in FMCG or food industry
- Proven experience designing and implementing global QMS across multiple regions
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GFSI standards
- Strong governance, performance management, and risk management understanding
- Experience leading or supporting digital transformation and enterprise quality systems
- Strong project management and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global, multicultural environment
