Overview

In this field-based role you ensure the repair and preventative maintenance of Stryker medical devices, meeting quality and manufacturer standards. You will work across hospitals and customer sites, delivering technical support, training, and documentation to drive reliable field service. You’ll handle installations, software/hardware updates, and compliance reporting, contributing to service contracts and customer satisfaction. This position offers extensive travel within the defined region and close collaboration with sales and quality teams.

Responsabilità

- Repair and inspect Stryker electronic/mechanical products at customer sites
- Perform annual inspection and calibration per MDR requirements
- Document technical reports and access technical information using software/tools
- Assist Quality with recalls, field safety alerts, and field action notices
- Fulfil service contracts with scheduled maintenance
- Provide technical training to internal and external personnel
- Install Stryker systems at customer sites and perform software/hardware updates




- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Document service activities comprehensively for internal/external use
- Ensure billing for services and contribute to sales goals
- Ensure traceability of Stryker products through reporting tools
- Follow up on customer issues and schedule visits in collaboration with sales/customer service

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in electronic/mechanical/biomedical engineering or equivalent study in medical device technology
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) with technical/medical proficiency
- Adequate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- 1–3 years of experience in medical device repair or healthcare industry
- IT experience at administrative and technical level
- Ability to build relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty

- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus
