Overview

As Consortia Project Manager, you will support and coordinate REACH-related consortia activities for chemical industry clients. You work with diverse stakeholders to keep plans, timelines and financials on track while advancing regulatory initiatives. You contribute to project delivery, develop regulatory know-how, and strengthen client relationships. This role offers impact through enabling compliant collaboration across multiple parties and evolving service offerings. Responsabilità

- Organize and execute consortium activities
- Maintain consortium plans and timelines
- Manage administrative and financial coordination
- Facilitate technical and executive meetings
- Support consensus-building among members
- Coordinate technical work with participants and external experts
- Assist in legal/contractual documentation
- Escalate issues to senior colleagues




- Support financial management with the finance team
- Assist clients with REACH and biocides activities
- Interface with regulatory authorities and third parties when required
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends
- Contribute ideas and practical solutions to regulatory challenges
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions
- Foster relationships with consortium members, clients and stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–5 years in project management, consulting, regulatory affairs or similar client-facing roles
- Good knowledge of REACH and/or European chemicals legislation (REACH, BPR, CLP)
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in collaborative projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience supporting regulatory, compliance or technical projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
