Responsabilità

- Lead a high-performing backend and frontend engineering team with a focus on growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to implement high-impact features.
- Drive the integration of machine learning models and personalization frameworks into customer-facing features.
- Ensure engineering quality through design and code reviews and robust testing standards.




- Monitor and improve team performance to maintain high-performance standards.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer with tech leadership in B2C or product-led settings.
- Hands-on or strong interest in applying ML/AI to product problems; experience with production ML is a plus.
- Understanding of personalization strategies and their impact on conversion and monetization.
- Ability to break down complex systems and drive business outcomes.
- Experience building distributed systems and REST APIs.
- Product-minded with a focus on real user problems and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Track record of driving initiatives impacting funnel performance or revenue KPIs.
