Overview

In this role you will manage the month-end close for the Italy entity and prepare key financial statements. You will align processes with global teams and ensure timely statutory reporting and compliance. You will work on cash forecasting, intercompany charges, and pension accounting, contributing to streamlined processes and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and a chance to influence financial operations in a multinational setting.

Responsabilità

- Close Italy entity month-end with ADI group
- Prepare monthly P&L; and balance sheet reconciliations
- Post and analyze accruals and prepayments
- Prepare statutory accounts by deadlines
- Generate monthly cash forecasts and support fixed asset team
- Manage pension accounting and plan administration
- Oversee intercompany charges and VAT submissions
- Support payroll, lease schedules,



and site management
- Ensure Sox and policy compliance; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities
- Assist with process improvements and Shared Service Centre transfer
- Contribute to M&A; activities for Italy entities
- AD duties as required

Requisiti fondamentali

- Business/Accounting degree and professional qualification in Accounting, Payroll and Taxes
- Several years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of Italian GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is advantageous
- Good Excel and SAP/S4HANA experience is advantageous
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience in a multicurrency environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple issues
- High sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and ability to work independently
