Overview

In this role you help customers realize value from Workday by delivering targeted consulting and hands-on guidance during their post-Go-Live journey. You act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding configuration, answering questions, and demonstrating features to drive adoption. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create programs and materials that enable customers to succeed with Workday. You’ll join a collaborative culture that emphasizes growth, curiosity, and meaningful impact for customers.

Responsabilità

- Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
- Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s), stay aligned with roadmap




- Stay updated on industry practices and engage customers on topics
- Help develop new programs to drive customer feature adoption
- Deliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews, deployment of Workday features)

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of Prism Analytics experience
- 3+ years of Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics experience
- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise software
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one Workday module
- Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features release
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
- Multitasking capability across multiple engagements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; additional languages a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
