Responsabilità

- Design and implement analytical solutions for client challenges
- Develop prototypes and assess their effectiveness
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to share ideas and insights
- Model and validate quantitative risk or performance metrics




- Contribute to projects like NLP-driven tools, decarbonization modeling, and promotion analytics
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork and communicate findings clearly
- Support business development and knowledge transfer across regions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Data-driven mindset with ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts
- Programming skills in Python or R
- Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and Italian language skills
- Interest or experience in financial services and risk management
- Minimum 6 months of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banks, or financial institutions
