Overview

In this role you support the Investor Relations and Sales team to cover LP relationships and fundraising across Southern Europe, with potential exposure to select international LPs. You will help prepare investor materials and reporting, conduct market research, and assist senior team members through the fundraising and IR cycle. Based in Milan or willing to relocate, you will build a career in private markets, contributing to capital raising and client communication. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow in a high-quality private markets environment.

Responsabilità

- Support IR and Sales team across LP coverage and fundraising activity
- Assist with investor materials, pitch books, DDQs, presentations and reporting documents
- Conduct market research on institutional investors, consultants and private markets activity
- Support communication with LPs across Europe and selected international markets
- Work closely with senior team members across the full fundraising and investor relations cycle

Requisiti fondamentali





- 1–2 years’ experience in investor relations, private equity, private assets, asset management, placement agent, fund distribution, or GP internship
- Spanish native or background experience in Spanish/Southern Europe market
- Strong academic background from a well-regarded university or business school
- Based in Milan or willing to relocate
- Strong interest in private equity, private markets and institutional fundraising
- Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confident, personable and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Humble, proactive and positive attitude
- Ambition to start a long-term career in private markets fundraising and IR
