Overview
In this role, you will deliver expert technical support to dealers and customers, especially at season start, to ensure smooth launches and rapid issue resolution. You will troubleshoot complex cases, assist with field setup across crops, and promote AGCO’s digital technologies. You will collaborate globally to share knowledge, guide warranty and diagnostic processes, and lead factory-level investigations when needed. This position centers on reliable, hands-on support that keeps equipment uptime high.

Responsabilità
- Provide expert-level support to dealers and customers during peak seasons to ensure successful product launches
- Resolve highly complex technical issues after local resources are exhausted
- Support field setup and tuning across crops and conditions, including onboarding for new dealers and VIP customers
- Promote understanding of digital and advanced technologies and new features
- Offer guidance on AGCO systems, warranty processes,
TechConnect, diagnostic tools and special tools
- Collaborate with teams worldwide to share expertise and best practices
- Report issues via EWFR and contribute to factory-level investigations
- Provide limited field kit installation support and monitor performance before broader deployment
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong knowledge of Agricultural business and product, including mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with service and parts management practices and farm machinery dealer networks
- Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness to support customer and dealer interactions
- High proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
