Overview

In this role, you manage global LMS administration for Cornerstone and help architect a training center of expertise aligned with Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage learning vision. You’ll create and maintain global processes, standards, and analytics for digitizing training content and assessments. You’ll coach managers and trainers, develop role- and skill-based learning paths, and lead a new HV Global LMS Collaboration Network. Your work supports safety, quality, and continuous improvement at scale.

Responsabilità

- Manage uploads, reviews, and analytics for Cornerstone courses adhering to brand standards
- Coach managers, admins, and trainers on digitization, VILT, online learning, and ILT
- Create role- and skill-based learning paths and internal certifications
- Lead the HV Global LMS Collaboration Network
- Develop knowledge assets (best practices, guides, graphics, videos) for the LMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and SMEs to identify priority content




- Guide SMEs and global admins on knowledge sharing and digitization best practices
- Lead training-related projects to align with High Voltage goals and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain global LMS curriculum assignments, styles, asset reviews, and processes
- Analyze training data for continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 10 years in adult learning, training, or LMS administration in manufacturing, engineering, higher education, or tech sectors
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (concentration in technology, adult education, organizational management, technical writing, or instructional design)
- 5+ years in Learning Management System administration, preferably Cornerstone
- Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System, process mapping tools, Canva, Articulate 360, and Power BI is valued
- Comfort in production plant/factory environment and PPE protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication across levels
