Overview

As Global Category Manager for General & Administrative services, you will design and lead global sourcing strategies for HR, travel, events, and fleet. You’ll drive supplier relationships, cost focus, and ESG-aligned objectives in a regulated pharma environment, partnering with cross-functional teams. You will influence stakeholders in a global matrix, support budgeting and long-range planning, and pursue innovative delivery models to improve cost efficiency and service quality. This is an impact role that shapes procurement governance and sustainability across G&A categories. You will join a mission-driven organization committed to health and well-being at scale.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategy for People & Organization services, Travel, Events, and Car Fleet aligned with ESG and regulatory needs
- Lead supplier consolidation and modal shifts to boost cost efficiency, reliability, and environmental impact
- Drive value creation beyond savings including demand management, policy standardization, and alternative delivery models
- Monitor labor market, travel inflation, mobility regulations, and fleet electrification to inform sourcing decisions
- Manage global and regional supplier relationships, design SRM framework,



and define KPIs
- Collaborate with Procurement CoE, P&O;, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Compliance on cross-functional initiatives
- Lead transformation initiatives for new ways of working, travel/mobility policy evolution, and employee experience improvements
- Identify and deliver cost savings through tendering, consolidation, and renegotiation; participate in annual budget and LRP
- Embed ESG criteria in supplier selection and performance; track and report sustainability KPIs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor, mobility, and pharmaceutical industry standards and maintain documentation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Procurement, Business, HR, or related field
- 8-12 years in strategic sourcing or category management, with G&A; exposure in pharma or FMCG
- Proven experience managing global suppliers and complex procurement projects
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
