Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of VIP, VIC, MTO and Special Projects within the RTW Product Development team. You will coordinate with design, atelier, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and accurate BOM data, while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration. You will manage fittings, prototyping, and PLM data updates to support premium client experiences. This position sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and client service within a globally respected luxury house.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end development for VIP, VIC, MTO and Special Projects in RTW Product Development
- Code models, compile BOMs, and transfer data to suppliers
- Participate in briefs from Marketing or Retail Excellence




- Oversee handover of sketches to Atelier or external suppliers
- Organize fittings with Atelier and clients, ensure notes are shared with Design and Atelier
- Track prototype development and BOM data; ensure timely prototypes
- Manage prototyping and sampling processes through delivery to client
- Update PLM system with data entry and amendments

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least 5 years of product development experience in Luxury Fashion
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Access, Stealth and PLM systems
- Agile mindset and strong problem-solving and teamwork
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Effective relationship management with design and merchandising teams
- Passion for product design and development
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
