Overview

As Solution Designer in Allianz Technology’s IT Claims team, you shape GenAI-driven solutions to transform claims handling and IT automation. You will drive architectural decisions for agentic AI across user-facing and IT automation workflows, aligning with a cloud-first path and mainframe-to-Java migration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable, compliant designs and guide platform evolution toward intelligent, integrated capabilities.

Responsabilità

- Ideate, design, and architect GenAI solutions for claims and IT automation
- Define agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and LLM integrations with guardrails for compliance
- Extend and evolve existing solutions for scalability, security, and cloud/on-premise integration
- Analyze live solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance targets
- Design and develop architectural solutions using Java to support cloud-transition
- Apply DevOps practices to enable CI/CD and streamlined development




- Coordinate technical teams across multiple workstreams
- Act as system integrator managing transformation projects and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience shaping GenAI and Agentic AI architectures (LLM orchestration, RAG, multi-agent frameworks)
- Strong Java-based Architecture knowledge, microservices, and cloud integration
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and integrating diverse components
- Degree in IT or Engineering with 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to assess AI use cases for business value and technical feasibility with security/compliance considerations
- Proven coordination and leadership of technical teams and projects
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems and on-premises/cloud environments
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use
