Overview

In this role you lead the architecture and development of sophisticated mixed-signal ICs, shaping technology roadmaps and guiding projects from concept to production. You will translate complex tradeoffs across analog and digital domains, mentor engineers, and influence product direction. You’ll work across disciplines to ensure robust performance and drive innovations that advance ADI’s technology leadership. Responsabilità

- Define and drive architecture for complex mixed-signal ICs optimizing performance, power, area and time-to-market
- Drive innovation in mixed-signal design methods and theories
- Lead complex mixed-signal projects with significant business impact without formal management




- Oversee integration of analog and digital IP for robust performance across conditions
- Provide authoritative technical expertise to resolve cross-project challenges
- Partner with business leaders to influence product roadmaps and technology direction
- Lead cross-functional efforts, influencing decisions without direct authority
- Mentor engineering staff and grow internal technical expertise

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10–15 years of experience; PhD with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of leading complex mixed-signal projects from concept to production release
