Overview

In this role you will drive enterprise-sell initiatives for Gartner’s GTS Commercial unit, partnering with C‑level executives to shape technology strategies for large corporations. You will own forecasting and account planning across a portfolio of 10–15 enterprise accounts and lead retention and growth through contract expansions and new services. You’ll work with cross‑functional Gartner teams in a performance‑driven, diverse environment. Responsabilità

- Partner with C‑suite clients to develop and implement enterprise‑scale strategies
- Guide customer satisfaction, retention,



and growth through collaboration with clients and Gartner teams
- Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Support account expansion through contract upsell and introduction of new services/products
- Contribute to a diverse, high‑performing sales team and share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years of value-based, consultative, direct B2B sales experience with large enterprise clients
- Experience prospecting to the C‑Suite and senior leadership
- Strong ability to learn quickly and handle ambiguity
- Proven track record of over‑achievement against goals or quotas
- Experience with intangible sales processes is advantageous
