Overview

In this role, you help leading Italian and international companies transform their finance functions and performance management. You will work within the Financial management and enterprise performance management team to redesign control, planning and reporting processes and to implement innovative EPM solutions. You’ll collaborate with CFOs and cross-functional teams, shaping performance models and integration with technology platforms. The opportunity combines finance strategy with hands-on implementation across top-tier tools, in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilità

- Redefine business performance management strategies and assist the CFO in redesigning performance models
- Analyze and specify functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, S&OP;, and product costing
- Design IT solutions for financial and business processes and coordinate with major EPM tool vendors (Oracle, Tagetik, Board)




- Implement and configure consolidation software (Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation)
- Maintain knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and ensure compliance of consolidated statements
- Monitor pre- and post-transformation performance and prepare functional analysis documents

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Economics or STEM subjects
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles at a consulting firm
- Familiarity with control models, budgeting/forecasting, consolidated & statutory financial statements, and management accounts, financial planning
- Excellent English proficiency; study/work experience abroad preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, Planning) and Oracle HFM, Tagetik, OneStream
- Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork; leadership potential for challenging situations
