Overview

As Construction Manager, you will lead site operations across multiple APAC projects while guiding Site Managers to deliver complex foundations on time and within budget. You will apply strong geotechnical know-how to resolve on-site challenges and support execution strategies that align with HSE and quality standards. You will partner with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to steer technical decisions and optimize cost control. This role offers exposure to high-profile international infrastructure work in a technical, collaborative environment. Your impact will centre on delivering safe, compliant foundations that meet project milestones and client expectations.

Responsabilità

- Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects
- Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Monitor progress and address delays or critical issues
- Validate execution methodologies (Method Statements)




- Oversee special foundation works (Diaphragm walls, Hydromill, Bored piles, CFA piles)
- Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges
- Contribute to cost control and procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote安全 culture
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects
- Proven experience in special foundations
- Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods
- Solid understanding of project management and cost control
- Experience in international environments is a plus
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fluent English (mandatory)
