Overview

As a Manager in Strategy& Aerospace and Defence, you lead complex, cross‑functional projects and teams to shape corporate strategy and delivery transformations. You’ll work with senior clients in Europe and Italy to define growth, market, and program strategies, while driving multi‑disciplinary execution and value realization. You’ll mentor colleagues, build key client relationships, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy&’s capabilities, with a clear focus on impact and pragmatic implementation.

Responsabilità

- Lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative strategies
- Collaborate with high‑profile clients to drive transformational change in Aerospace and Defence
- Develop and govern corporate and market strategies, and go‑to‑market plans
- Lead delivery across engagement lifecycles, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget outcomes
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a thought leader in the sector
- Mentor and develop junior consultants; inspire and grow the team




- Drive follow‑up opportunities and long‑term client value with international projects
- Participate in multinational defence programs and adapt to diverse client environments

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven track record of career progression in strategy consulting (5–7 years) in Aerospace and Defence or similar corporate environments
- Bachelor (and typically a Masters/MBA) from a world‑class institution
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Experience leading teams, managing delivery, and handling complex M&A;, business planning, and go‑to‑market work
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally and work with senior stakeholders
- Ability to secure follow-on projects and build long‑term client relationships
