Overview

As an Account Executive at Axway, you drive growth by selling complex integration software solutions to enterprise clients. You will manage multi-stakeholder relationships, develop account strategies, and guide deals from qualification to close in a fast-growing market. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to understand client needs and accelerate digital transformation with API, MFT, and Cloud SaaS offerings. This role offers a clear impact path in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Responsabilità

- Target and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts across designated verticals
- Manage and qualify multiple opportunities to meet or exceed quotas
- Develop relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across product lines
- Act as a digital advisor to accelerate assigned verticals
- Oversee account strategy and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Solutions Consultants, Partners,



Marketing, etc.)
- Understand customers' business needs, priorities, and industry direction

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven track record selling complex software solutions in hunter-focused roles (Sales Exec / Account Manager / Account Director)
- Experience closing large 6-7 figure ARR deals
- Strong ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
- Extensive network of C-Level relationships in major Italian accounts
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Bachelor’s degree with IT exposure; MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel for trainings or visits as needed
- Experience in API Management, MFT, B2B, and Collaboration solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently to achieve results
