Overview

As an Associate Product Builder in Design, you join Explore Discover to turn data into usable interfaces. You work in a small pod, owning end-to-end discovery and design with senior guidance, building features that support AI-powered insights like Media Impact Value. You’ll engage with users, researchers, and stakeholders to shape product decisions and measure adoption. This role offers hands-on growth in a collaborative, autonomous environment that values impact and learning.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end discovery and design for Discover missions, from scoping to adoption monitoring
- Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using design tools with guidance from seniors
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to inform decisions
- Define and analyze adoption and performance metrics,



feeding learnings into prioritization
- Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving brand measurement trends
- Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Contribute to shared tooling and design systems to improve team capabilities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong grounding in user-centered design and attention to visual detail
- Proficiency with Figma and Lovable or equivalent design tools
- Ability to turn fuzzy needs into measurable problems
- Business sense about fashion and luxury brand data
- Self-sufficient in product thinking and interface reasoning
- Clear, trusted communication with both technical and business audiences
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
