Overview

In this role you serve as the technical cybersecurity expert supporting TD SYNNEX sales and partners across Italy. You translate customer requirements into secure architectures, deliver engaging demonstrations and PoCs, and guide partners through design and implementation. You collaborate with vendors, BD managers, and solution architects to create opportunities and share best practices. This role offers impact across a global technology distributor, with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions and partner enablement.

Responsabilità

- Provide technical presales support across our cybersecurity portfolio
- Assess customer security requirements and propose suitable architectures and solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and PoCs
- Support partners throughout the sales cycle from discovery to implementation guidance
- Collaborate with BD, Sales, Solution Architects, vendors and partners to develop opportunities




- Act as trusted advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices
- Enable partners through technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture designs
- Stay up to date with evolving cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in technical presales, security engineer, solutions architect, systems engineer, or similar role
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies (network security, firewalls, endpoint/security, cloud security, IAM, SASE/SSE, threat protection)
- Desirable previous experience with cybersecurity vendors or solutions
- Ability to translate technical customer requirements into solutions
- Comfort delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Desirable relevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications
- Fluent Italian and English
