Overview

In this role, you will lead the Landing Platform team in Rome to build and operate an AI-ready landing page platform powering high-traffic experiences across paid and organic channels. You will define the technical direction, drive scalable API and service design, and partner with product, marketing, data, and platform teams to translate search demand into compelling experiences. You will grow and mentor engineers, balancing rapid delivery with platform health and safe AI/ML adoption. Responsabilità

- Lead multiple software engineering teams in designing, building, and operating highly available, performant, and secure services, including system design (LLD), API design, and data modeling for complex, customer-facing capabilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy and long-term architecture for your area, aligning engineering decisions with business objectives
- Set engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence standards, ensuring robust CI/CD practices,



monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Hire, develop, and mentor engineers and managers, fostering an inclusive culture focused on learning and collaboration
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes and guide teams in applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products
- Coordinate and prioritize delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies and risks for end-to-end capabilities across product domains

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading engineering teams with end-to-end ownership of services or domains
- Strong proficiency in OO or functional programming, system design (LLD), API design, data modeling, testing strategies, and modern CI/CD
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products, with ability to guide teams in safe integration
